2 fishermen lost off Ipan
As the search for two fishermen missing off the Talofofo coast continued yesterday, Elsie Santos Pangelinan hoped searchers would bring back men she can say goodbye to.
"All we ask is to see them one more time," Pangelinan said yesterday morning. "I really just want both of them to come back. ... Dead or alive, we want them to come to us so we can bring them back home."
Pangelinan's husband, Tulen Noel Lowary, stood silent by her side with red puffy eyes and a drained face. The two missing fishermen are Robin "Henry" Lowary, his first cousin, and Paul Mongkeya, his in-law. ...
